Our Story
Total Heating Company LLC was founded by Simon Pellow Sr. with a simple mission: deliver honest, dependable heating equipment service, repair, and installation to the families of Graham, Washington and the surrounding South Puget Sound communities. From a single truck and a handful of loyal customers, Simon Sr. built a reputation rooted in fair pricing, quality workmanship, and treating every home like his own.
Today, that legacy is proudly continued by Simon Pellow Jr., who grew up in the trade riding along on service calls and learning the craft from his father. Under Simon Jr.'s leadership, Total Heating has grown to serve thousands of homes across Pierce County — while staying true to the same family values the company was founded on.
